Ticket Purchase Policy

All ticket purchases and donations made through this website are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations by Organizer

In the rare case that the event must be canceled (due to severe weather, venue issues, etc.):

• Efforts will be made to reschedule.

• Ticket holders will be notified via email.

• Donations will still be used toward the scholarship cause.

Cancellations by Attendees

If a guest is unable to attend, we appreciate your support and understand that life happens. However, due to the nature of the event, no refunds or ticket transfers can be accommodated.
