1. Definitions

Company refers to Desert Warrior Tours. Client refers to any individual, group, company or organization making a booking. Services include tours, transfers, accommodation bookings, activities, safaris, excursions and related travel arrangements.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% may be required. Full payment is due 30 days before travel unless otherwise specified.

4. Prices and Currency

Prices may change due to exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, or supplier adjustments.

5. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, permits and other travel documentation.

6. Health and Fitness

Clients must ensure they are medically fit for booked activities and disclose special requirements.

7. Changes and Amendments

Changes requested by clients may incur fees and are subject to availability.

8. Liability

Desert Warrior Tours acts as an intermediary and liability is limited to the amount paid for services booked.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
