Power yoga is a fast-paced Ashtanga based practice focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through variious challeging yoga postures. Poses are held for 5 breaths, helping to build strength in the targeted muscle group. Increase flexibility, build muscle tone and strength, and promote a more active lifestyle. encourages us to have a strong sense of connection to the physical body's strength and limitations. This connection between breath, mind, and body can help alleviate stress and improve mental wellbeing and physical fitness.

Detox Flow stimulates the detoxification of your body. The digestive system is the main system we focus on in a Detox Flow. The secondary system we focus on is the lymphatic system, which is part of the circulatory (heart and blood vessels) and immune system. The lymphatic system comprises tissues and organs that rid the body of unwanted toxins and transport infection- fighting white blood cells throughout the body. Thirdly, the skin. Detoxification through the skin is through sweat. Detox Flow is focused on twists along with back- and forward- bending. Those twists put physical pressure on the large intestine. Detox Flow is meant to be a very challenging class. We want you to move quickly and get your heart rate up to stimulate your circulation and, therefore, your lymphatic system. Ideally, this class will also make you sweat a lot and want to drink more water -- stimulating both the urinary system of toxin removal and the small number of toxins that exit through your skin via sweat; you are always welcome to modify and rest as you need so that you feel great at the end of the practice.

Slows the pace to focus on learning the fundamental poses and proper alignment. Recommended for first-time students to begin their journey into yoga. This class teaches the basic poses (asanas), as well as the breathing practices (prayanama) and meditation techniques.

Core Flow is a vinyasa-based class that will strengthen the superficial and deep muscles of the core. You can expect to flow through a fun series of postures with an emphasis on core activation. This class is a great way to build the strength required to progress your yoga practice, and is open to all levels including beginners.

Hatha yoga refers to the physical practice of yoga. Classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility.

In Gentle Flow Yoga, the movement is slow, and each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.
